Invite by email
Temporary tester accounts
Create a tester account with a username and password, without an email or personal name. These accounts cannot access the administrator dashboard. Use a separate account for each tester to keep their feedback separate.
Temporary accounts
For waitlist applicants, choose Accept and invite or Deny. You will confirm the email address before an invitation is sent. Use Cancel invitation for an unused invitation sent by mistake.

Saved lesson reports
These reports show only results saved to an account. Saving may be off, a save may still be pending on a device, or older practice may no longer be retained. They do not show all practice. Reports contain private learner information.
90-day review and ratings summary
The review window is 90 days total from first sign-in: the 30-day trial plus about 60 days to review and export results. Signing in again or sending more feedback does not restart it.
Automatic deletion is not enabled. This report shows which records need review; it does not remove records or change access. Applicants who have not signed in, older accounts without a recorded trial, and trials longer than 90 days need a separate rule.
The ratings summary contains totals and averages, without names, emails or written comments. It uses each tester's latest available rating in each area. Downloaded files stay in your files even when website records are later removed.
About this test
Sign-in is for invited testers. Turn on Save progress in a course’s Settings to save completed lessons and results to your signed-in account, then sign in to the same account on another device to continue. Keyboarding and Braille open after sign-in without a separate testing code. Earlier browser results can be reviewed and imported from Stats. Import only your own results.
